How do users at my company get a login and password?
Users at your company must contact their local Anixter sales representative to set up login and password information.

How do you change a password?
In the My Account section, click Change Password under “Options.” When changing your password, please keep in mind the new password criteria:

1. Passwords must be between six to eight characters and contain at least one numeral and one capitalized letter.
2. Passwords cannot be the eAnixter username (the system will not accept it as a password).
3. For password reset, the help desk will continue to send users instructions to reset with a randomly generated temporary password.
4. Weak passwords will not be accepted (e.g., temp, admin, secret and qwerty).

What if I forget my User ID?

North America

For your convenience you can reset your password from eAnixter instantly by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
